Deposit Requirement
We require the total of all third party costs at least 5 days prior to the date of the funeral by card, bank transfer or cash.
Terms of Payment
The final invoice will be sent to you at least a week after the funeral (unless you specifically request to receive it earlier) and you will have one calendar month to settle the invoice.
Charging of Interest on Overdue Accounts
We reserve the right to charge interest on any account not paid according to our Terms of Payment. This will be at the rate of 1.5% per month or part month overdue. Interest will be added to statements and any interest due and unpaid will be left as an outstanding overdue balance.
The Right To Charge Collection Costs On Overdue Accounts
We reserve the right to add to any overdue account the costs incurred by us in collecting the account through a third part acting on our behalf.
